Return Policy for all my friends are animals®
At all my friends are animals®, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every order. Below are the key details regarding our return, refund, and claims processes. Please review carefully.
Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims should be submitted no later than 30 days from the estimated delivery date. Claims that are determined to be due to an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
If you or your customers notice any issues with the product or order, please report the problem immediately through the problem report form.
Return Address
The default return address for any returned shipments is set to the all my friends are animals® facility. Upon receiving a return, you will be notified by email automatically. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If the return address is not all my friends are animals®'s facility, you will be responsible for any return-related costs.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If the address provided by you or your customer is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for the reshipping costs once we confirm the updated address (if applicable).
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is not claimed, it will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs if you wish to resend the package to yourself or your customer (if applicable).
If you have not registered an account on allmyfriendsareanimals.com and added a valid billing method, any orders that are returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim will not be eligible for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your expense (without a refund).
Non-returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on sealed goods, including but not limited to face masks. Any returned face masks will not be reshipped and will be disposed of.
Customer Returns & Buyer’s Remorse
If a customer wishes to return an item due to a change of mind (except in Brazil), we do not offer refunds for "buyer’s remorse." You may choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges, but this will be at your discretion and expense. If you accept a return or exchange, you will be responsible for placing a new order (at your cost) for the correct size or item.
For customers in Brazil, you must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return. The request will undergo an evaluation to determine if the product has been used or damaged. If the product is deemed unsuitable for return, a refund will not be issued.
EU Consumer Rights
As per Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized goods;
- Sealed goods (such as face masks) that are unsealed after delivery, as they are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
Governing Language
This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations provided for convenience.
